Mercedes doesn’t build any front-wheel drive cars, but they do make all-whell drive cars(4-matic) which have even better handling in bad weather conditions.
The way a car handles on snow depends more on the driver than which wheels are driving the car. With any car you own, you should take it out to a snow-covered parking lot that is nearly empty and drive around. Test how sharp you can turn (at any given speed) before the car starts to slide. Do it a bunch of times, at different speeds, and you’ll get used to the way the car feels just before it begins to skid. This will help you maintain control in bad weather.
