As a one-off concept, it’s value is well into the millions of dollars.
Typically, Mercedes uses the F-series designation on it’s engineering concepts. The F700 exists to showcase the Diesotto engine, which will most likely be used across the entire production car lineup. Design concepts, such as the Ocean Drive, are usually the preview of a specific production car.

The F700 is a concept car, not available for sale. It probably cost Mercedes over $2 million to build.
It looks a lot like a CLS550, a current production car that goes for around $70,000. The CLS is a great car but does not have the unusually high fuel economy touted for the F700. If you want a luxury car with performance and great fuel economy you should look at the E320 CDI, it goes from 0-60 in 6 seconds and gets 40 MPG on the highway. They sell for around $60,000
