I work as a car buyer/certified frame damage analyst/mechanic and cosmetic defect analyst. None of the vehicles you listed are very reliable used cars. All of the cars that you named are luxury, out of warranty vehicles. Even with extended warranties, these will be more in the shop then in your possession. $13k is a lot of money. Why don’t you buy a Lexus or an Acura if you are looking for used luxury. You can buy either one and these are a lot better/cheaper to fix and have much higher reliability records for used cars.
Now, if you were to choose only between the cars that you named…I would not buy Audi with a turbo engine, these engines are extremely prone to breakage and problems. If it’s just a regular Audi or Audi quattro model (4 wheel drive), then you should encounter less problems. I would chose either an 02 Mercedes or 2000 BMW, but be prepared to get extended warranty or pay lots of out of pockets for expenses. Also, be prepared to not have the possesion of your vehicle, as each of these cars is expensive and lengthy to repair, even for small, seemingly minor issues. You mentioned that you live far, that is even worse, since most luxury automobiles can only be serviced at their prospective dealerships.
Lexus and Acura are made by Toyota/Honda respectively and thus they can be serviced at either dealership/mechanic pretty standard.
Hope this helps. If you would like to know some more reliable cars, just ask.
P.S. I would not recommend buying an older Caddy, as they are prone to oil leaks/fluid leaks as well as transmission failure over 60k in miles.

I think you need to save another $13,000 to just do the maintence and repairs on those cars you just listed except the Cadillac and then save 1/2 of that.

Do you have enough money to maintain these monsters? Do you have a real good job to pay for the gas? A dealer charges over $100.00 an hour to work on these things.
Who is screwy enough to sell you ANY of these cars for this price?
I’d buy a Toyota or Honda if I were you.
