Mercedes Benz has been a legend of car making for decades. But why are they having a poor rating in Consumer Reports overall in reliability? Are these ratings make consumer to steer out of this car maker so the rich can only enjoy this fine auto maker? I heard about their transmition problem year after year’s model and keep changing each model. Is it because they need to increase the gas mileage through the improvement of its transmition?

They are not reliable. Their cars are trash. They are popular because they are old and there cars still have that classic look. I have driven every Mercedes out there except for the SLR Mclaren and SLK class. I have never thought of them as good cars. There is nothing special about them. They are boring to drive.
