im trying to buy a car for my sister (shes 19 im 14 IM NOT GONNA DRIVE IT!!!!) im not dumb about cars so dont play dumb with me :)… i need it to be AMAZING on GAS like 25 highway min, small car coupe or sedan.

Nissan Versa hatchback. Has the optional Rockford Fosgate system. Can be had for your budget. Also, b/c your only 14, you cannot buy a car for anyone. You have to be 18 to own & insure a car. If you pick out the car & pay for it, then your sister will have to sign for it.

Ok what the heck.. You’re buying your sister a car? That really doesn’t make sense..
Anyway, a Scion tC is very safe. Just google image search “wrecked tc”. You’ll see. Althought they aren’t that great on insurance or fuel economy. I think it’s 23/30?

VW New Beetle.
I’ve also seen quiet a few used tiberons (Tuscani edition) with super awsome sound systems.
The New Beetle goes in snow, has all what you are looking for, and you can get one with 9 thousand miles for 15k (trust me I’ve looked into this car relentlessly)
The Tiberons I’ve found generally start at 15k, and dealers drop them to 11 to get them out, right now hyundai is offering (to us anyways) a 2008 brand new literally 20 miles on it, for 15k, (but my brother has a hyundai and my mom has a tuscon that she drives in the winter) and they give you great rebates.
this is complete with the leather interior and all.
Another brand of car you might want to look into is Kia, not the greatest top of the line cars, but they are in a price range that your sister can afford. The Kia Soul starts at just under 14k new.
So does the Nissan Cube (a far better car probably)
You aren’t going to be able to buy your sister a car, you have to be 18 to obtain a car loan, and if you are under that age you have to be able to have a co-signer.
