Mercedes-Benz has become the first prestige car manufacturer to offer a fixed price replacement parts and fitting service covering its most popular models, regardless of age.
Called ‘Fixed Price Repairs’ the transparent pricing structure means customers visiting a Mercedes-Benz Official Workshop will now know in advance the cost of parts and fitting for a selection of standard replacement items from wiper blades and brake pads to batteries.
